Internet Customer Service Associates - 20 Seasonal Positions

Maintain all service customers via email and phone. Conduct site monitoring and report site issues and customer service trends to appropriate personnel in ICS center. Other duties as assigned. Intermediate or higher level of typing required; test will be administered for grammar and punctuation skills. Hours to fill range from 7 am – 12 am, Monday-Friday and a six-hour shift every other Saturday or Sunday. Pay determined depending on skill level. Anticipated end date of 1/17/09.

Payment Processing Associates - Part-time (3), Full-time (6)

Associate must be fluent in both English and French. Hours are flexible between 7 am – 4 pm. Full time will require mandatory overtime as needed.

Spanish-Speaking MSC Associate – 1 Full-time

Inventory Cycle Count Lead

Responsible for determining locations to be counted, preparing staff and performing paperwork and area for cycle counting process. Qualified applicants will have an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a full-time position with hours of 6 am – 4 pm, Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.

3rd Shift Restocker

Pick product from reserve locations and restock in assigned active pick locations. Must also assist other departments as necessary, including picking, receiving and operating packing/shipping equipment. Use industrial-powered equipment as required. Replenishment Restocker

Slotter

2nd Shift Packer

Pack single and multiple orders, follow approved packaging procedures and package rush orders on a priority basis as instructed. Restock product in proper location. No prior experience or training. Full-time and part-time positions available. Full-time hours are 12pm-10pm, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 7am-5pm. Part-time hours are 4pm-8pm or 5pm-9pm, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 7am-5pm.

Warehouse Generalist

Operate automated packing technologies. Cross-train in virtually all departments within the Distribution Center to assist in various departments as needed. Return to Vendor Specialist

Contact Purchasing Department when incorrectly shipped merchandise is sent to Eastbay to verify if the merchandise should be received into inventory or sent back to vendor. Imaging Technician

Must maintain communication with buyers and studio personnel regarding correct colors of products and fulfill image requests from designers, buyers and internet staff. Experience or technical knowledge in process color prepress, printing principles and Adobe Photoshop-Mac knowledge is required.

Studio Photographer

Database Administrator

Design, implement and support database implementation. Primary objective is to design logical and physical databases and review database design changes to understand how changes needed affect physical databases. Must manage database security, support development department on database issues, establish physical database parameters, review and correct programs, and modify database programs to increase processing performance. Qualifications include a BA and 3-5 years database experience with a strong background in systems. Additionally, communication skills and strong leadership with a capability for strategic thinking and tactical implementation will be critical.
