Facilitate inbound and outbound telephone calls, greet customers in an efficient and professional manner and resolve customer and store inquiries in a timely manner. Go the extra mile to satisfy our customers, keeping the company’s best interests in mind. Work the open orders report, ensuring orders are fulfilled or re-assigned in a timely fashion. Must be fluent in both English and French. Hours between 7am-4pm. Full time will require mandatory overtime as needed.
